Cask at the Plough, Radford on 28th September 2018. Copper with shallow off-white foam and pattern lacing. Rich and intense grassy aroma. Exquisite grassy hoppiness in-mouth with strong unsweetened malts. A satisfying grassy, bitter finish. Smooth mouthfeel and medium body. Utterly superb.

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. A golden amber pour with a ring of white head; malty aroma with some sour orchard fruit; then a tart fruity taste. Rather plain and one dimensional.

2nd Sep 2016: gravity poured half-pint in The Wrekin Inn, Wellington Shropshire. Good amber colour, thin off-white head. Caramel lead to the nose and taste, mild hop balance but malty molasses rule the brew from start to finish.
