Decent. balanced hefeweizen. Banana and very light clove here. Some bread-like yeast as well. Pours cloudy gold with good head and lacing. Finishes sour with some sweetness. Some light citrus as well. Tap at brewpub.

Summer seasonal, still available for winter (February 2013). Pours a hazy golden colour with a warm cap and decent wavy lacing. Belgian Ale yeast aromas with notes of bananas and wheat. Pretty much the same for the taste. The mouthfeel is slightly creamy. Refreshing, easy-going, summer ale. Glad I could try it !

Glass, 6-ounce, on the premise, savoured July 30 2012; eye: yellowish, hazy, no effervescence, tiny ring of white head, light lacing; nose: wheat, acidity, slight coriander; mouth: wheat, acidity, light coriander, finale in coriander with presence of acidity, light body, good carbonation, a bit thin; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Verre, 6 onces, sur place, savourée le 30 juillet 2012; œil : jaunâtre, voilée, pas d’effervescence, petit anneau de mousse blanc, légère dentelle; nez : blé, acidité, très léger coriandre; bouche : blé, acidité, léger coriandre, finale en coriandre avec présence d’acidité, corps léger, bonne carbonatation, un peu mince; en résumé : correct

A murky golden weizen with a thin off white head. In aroma, light banana and cloves, with light sulfur notes. In mouth, a smooth crisp malt with classic banana and cloves, nice and smooth. On tap at National Capital Craft Beer Festival, August 17, 2012.
