Zesty citrus, light pepper, yeasty, very bright. Active carbonation, medium mouthfeel. Zesty finish, medium bitterness, grassy hop. Quite refreshing.

A hazed sickly yellow with a thin white head. In aroma, a light sulfury malt with light cloves and bananas. In mouth, a smooth sweetish and acidic wit with light sulfur notes, some nice berry notes, a tad watery but otherwise quaffable, On tap at DDC, June 16, 2012.

Pretty decent for a style I have a rocky relationsip with. Pours very pale yellow, almost watery with good head, great lacing. Smells a little bitter, some sour in the taste. The sourness is the most pronounced here. Not sure what i taste other than that. On tap at volo

"Leuven-style" wheat beer. There isn’t a lot of information online about the points of differentiation between this, Hoegaarden-style wit and peeterman, so I’m not especially expert on such nuances. Very pale and cloudy. Tart, wheaty aroma with light citrus...almost like a Berliner weisse. Slightly tart, quite wheat and a little bit spicy. Very refreshing, I like this one a lot.

Draft: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a small foamy head. Taste is a mix between some coriander with light citrus notes and some light wheat malt notes. Taste is also a mix between some light wheat malt notes with some light coriander and light citrus notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good though I tasted better beers form any of those two brewers.
