Keg at Borefts Day 2 23/09/2017. A clear golden orang coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is earthy wet hops, wet dog, earthy honey,. sweaty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody honey, earth, twist of lemon, , nutty notes. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Bit weird.

Tap @ Borfts 2017. Golden color. Honey, vinous aroma with Tokaji Aszu. Some distant sourness. Dryish finish, nice.

0.375l bottle. Slightly murky golden body with a thin white head. Sweet honey, moldy wooden barrel, some spices, rubber and pears in the aroma and the taste. Quite sweet and a bit boozy. To be honest I think it's great that they are experimenting with Tokaj barrels, so I'll keep an eye on their next step in this direction. With that said this braggot is nice, but not really amazing.

Opalescent golden colour, minimal white head; aroma and taste of sweet Tokaji wine, honey, some woody-barrel and wine cellar notes; not bad at all, though will not be my favourite; thanks for sharing, kapusil!

Deutliche Honignoten. Dabei wenig säuerlich, weich herb, sehr süffig. Spritzig, langer Nachhall. 9/10/10/10//10

On tap at Borefts BF 2017. Clear amber colour. Lasting white head. Some honey beer like flavours. I do like the honey. Some hop. Some toast. Tasty sweet wine flavour. Spicy finish. Good. But I wouldn't call it a mead.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 2. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste remind me of apple juice. Weird apple peel juice. Don't like it.

7 3 6 3 13 Draft at Borefts Beer Festival '17. Clear golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of dough, caramel, floral notes, herbs, toffee and malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
