Bottle: Poured a light hazy yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of wheat malt notes with light thyme notes is OK. Taste is a mix of thyme notes with some light citrus notes and some wheat malt notes. Body is somewhat full with good carbonation. A bit light on flavours but refreshing beer nonetheless.

A hazed golden wit with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a nice smooth spiced banana malt with lemony notes. In mouth, a nice smooth mix of banana ester, thyme and lemony notes, nice. On tap at Festibiere de Gatineau, May 25 2012.
