Score

ABV: 9.5% IBU: 100 Ticks: 68
Classic West Coast DryHopped Imperial IPA (9.5%) with huge amount of Citra, Amarillo and Centennial Hops. Hazy golden colour, creamy medium body, and very dry and bitter ending with soft carbonation. Aroma is super super tropical fruity and the taste is the same. Lot of passion fruit, mango & grapefruit. A very well balanced and refreshy Double IPA despite the high alcohol content.

Bottle And yummy. Full citrus load. Hoppy, bitter. Everything, close to NEIPA with high, well hidden voltage.

0,33 bottle. Kicsit zavaros, szűretlen, baracklé szín, szép fehér, nem túl nagy hab. Citrusos, komlós közepesen markáns illat, de zavaró semmi nincs benne. Ízében a komlós IPA jegyek mellett érezni malátás, élesztős mellékízt is. Finom "desszert IPA. "
***
Slightly cloudy, unfiltered, peach juice color, nice white, not too big foam. Citrus, hops have a moderately pronounced aroma, but nothing disturbing. In addition to the IPA notes of hops, you can also feel malt and yeast aftertaste. The alcohol is completely hidden. Due to the sugar content converted from sugar due to the content, there is some sweet taste in the taste in addition to the hops. The added sugar refined the many hops: a little more of which wouldn’t have been a problem, but a matter of taste. Its carbon content is adequate. Delicious "dessert IPA."

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy golden pour, one finger soapy off-white head. Short lasting, leaving a bit of broken lacing on the glass. Nose is nicely balanced, citrus fruits paired with pleasant herbal background. Thin body, medium to strong carbonation. Light texture, fizzy, prickly mouthfeel. Quite refreshing. Relatively strong bitter taste, nicely balanced. Subtle caramel malt sweetness in the background. Aroma dominated by citrus fruits. Notes of grapefruit, orange peel, mango. Medium herbal spiciness, slight alcohol burn on the tongue. Besides that, alcohol itself is not really noticeable in taste itself, this one goes down quite smoothly for the ABV. Medium to long finish, dry and peppery with lingering bitterness on the tongue. Pretty good Imperial IPA. Tasty.

Bottle. Hazy golden color, with a small white head. Aroma is citrus hops, some malts. Taste is malty, less fruity with some citrus notes, dry finish. I don't really feel the declared 9.5%. Also the declared 100 IBU seems too much actually. A good beer.

Bottle, huge thanks I&M, shared with them and heavy. Hazy golden body, white head. Citric, sharp creamy aroma, lemon-lime, light maltiness. Taste... big maltiness, sharp citric touches, packed with hops really, ends dry, very well hiden alcohol. Ends dry but is still juicy enough overall not to be cloying. Very nice indeed.

Borefts X. I'm ten for ten! Day 2. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Sweetish malts, thin, a little grainy too. Light spicy orange and grapefruit. Mild pine. Light finish. Decent hops but it's sweetish, grainy and thin.

Bottle picked up from De Molen Brewery, consumed at Mini Camping Polderflora, Alphen an den Rijn, Netherlands Sunday 23rd September 2018 we’re waiting for our fish pie to finish cooking. Pours lemony gold with a white head, the head is a little sticky. Soft in the mouth, there is a little heat from the abv, however the hops do really kick in, good bitterness, like this.
