Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow color. Slightly sour taste, also very fruity with heavy orange notes. Drinkable!

A hazed blonde lager with a thick creamy white head. In aroma, commercial german pils with light german hops, herbal, and light fruity esters. In mouth, a nice crisp and lightlly sweet malt, biscuitty, very smooth, perfect for a Shanghai summer. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 24, 2010.

Lightly hazy straw. Very pedio nose with some rotten fruitiness. A little bit of herbal hop. A shade of bitterness, but the pedio still comes through big.
