Hazy amber pour with a lager off white head. Aroma is quite malty, a little nutty, lots of yeast and overly ripe fruit. Lively mouth feel, lively carb. Fruity, yeasty finish, medium bitterness, an odd tripel.

Pours a slight hazed amber colour with a caramel hue. The head is frothy, warm-beige with average stay, except over the brew which a coat stays for a while, and lacing is light. Sweet and fruity nose with apples and other dark fruits. Some caramel malts and mild roasted ones. The taste has these and light hops. Seems to be lacking the typical Belgian Ale yeast that I like, but still drinkable. Also seems to give me a headache.

A reddish copper ale with a big bubbled thick moka head. In aroma, sweet malt with loads of fruity esters, quite nice. In mouth, a smooth sweet candy sugar with nutty notes, smooth and classy, some warming alcohol. From growler brought by Probstk, tasted with GRM, Probstk, and Mike H., Oct. 8 2010.
