Sample, tasted at Festival Bières et saveurs, savoured on September 4 2009; eye: cherry, clear, no effervescence, tiny beige head; nose: fruity, malt, meaty, light sugar; mouth: fruity, meaty, light caramel, meaty finale with fruity presence, not much carbonation, mildly sweet, rich and velvety texture; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Échantillon, bue au Festival Bières et saveurs, savourée le 4 septembre 2009; oeil : cerise, claire, pas d’effervescence, petite mousse beige nez : fruité, malt, viandeux, léger sucre; bouche : fruité, viandeux, malt, léger caramel, finale viandeuse avec présence de fruité, peu carbonatée, moyennement sucrée, texture riche et veloutée; en résumé : correct

A dark reddish amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light funky fruits with meat notes, metallic. In mouth, a rather sweet caramel and berries, vanilla, oily and cloying, a bit unbalanced. On tap at Fête Bieres et Saveurs, Sept. 4 2009.
