Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of elderflower, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and elderflowers, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Golden pour with thin white head. Aroma and taste is herbal and floral with some notes of elderflower, weeds, some grass, veg notes, light malty, vague herbal hoppy sweet finish. Not a fan.

Bottle at KØ17. Good juicy hop aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Good stable creamy white head. Juicy hop flavour. Low bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Mineraly.

[ As Midtfyns Bryghus / Det Lille Bryggeri Hyldest Pale Ale ].Clear medium golden yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light elderflowers, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus, pale malt, sweet malt, light elderflowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
