Bottle 330ml. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Widawa Spirit of Sonoma ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, learher, brett, funk, fruity hops, wood, pepper. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, brett, funky, fruity hops, pale malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170304] 8-3-8-3-16

Bottle, 6.2%. Unclear dark yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, white wine and grapes. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, white wine, grapes, brett, little sweet, little dry, little over carbonated and medium bitter.

@Ulfborg Scooper. Cloudy orange, fluffy white head. Juicy hoppy aroma, grapefruit, green grapes, mango and funk. Funky, sweet citrus flavour. Not sure if the bretty notes are intended, but they work pretty well for me.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruity hops, white wine, brett, malt and has a nice fruity bitter finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light bretty, white wine and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 040317

Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts bring a nice light sweetness. Vibrant orange and orange peel hops blends well with the white wine. Whisper of bitterish wood. Love the contrast of the bitterish orangey hop and the fairly strong white wine. But shouldn’t love it to much as the consensus of opinion is you can BA hoppy beers. Snort.

Hopfig säuerlicher Antrunk. Die helle Holzigkeit ist angenehm, führt im Mittelteil aber zu einer zu starken Trockenheit. Würzig, die Säure bleibt konstant. Interessant. 10/8/7/9//8

Fast klare orange goldene Farbe, große weiße schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig fruchtig, kokos. Geschmack sehr hopfig, leicht holzig bitter.

7.FDP. Piwo zmetnione o bursztynowej barwie. Piana biala, bardzo drobna, delikatnie zdobi szklo. Aromat cytrusowy przeplatany aromatem winnym, beczkowym. W smaku podobnie, lekko kwaskowe z delikatnie wytrawnym charakterem. Butelka 330ml (12.12.2016). Aromat zywiczny z nutami winogron, bialego wina, srednio intensywny nieco blednie w miare uplywu czasu a na pierwszy plan wychodza nuty lesne i subtelna nutka mosaic?a. W smaku nuty zywicznej goryczki sa wyraznie podkreslone smakami bialego wina, nieco kwaskowatego, lekko cierpkiego z subtelnym slodkim posmakiem ale bardzo delikatnym. Bardzo fajny balans pomiedzy slodycza piwa a cierpkim kwaskiem bialego wina. Ciekawe pomysl na lezakowanie w beczce po bialym winie i rownie dobre wykonanie. Dobra robota Wojtek.
