Redddish copper brown with a creamy off-white head. Rather bizarre aroma of cocoa, berries and olive juice. In mouth, rather thin beer with sweet malt, light acidic points, and no hops. Rather boring. Cant remember where I got this bottle, maybe from Degarth?

Got this one in my beer club. Never heard of the brewer. I am not a fan of bocks in general. The vegetal aroma and flavor they often have turns me off. I sampled this one from a 12 oz brown bottle. It poured a mahogany color with a small tan head that faded quickly. The aroma is vegetal sour malt - but I expected that. The flavor was also vegetal sour malt. The malts were strong and the flavor was distinct. It really was not too bad but it’s main detracting point for me was stylistic rather than specific to this brewer.

From my BOTM Club:
Malty aroma, malty taste... Pretty much sums it up. Not a brew that I would intentionally seek out.
