[ As S:t Eriks Capital IPA ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, fruity malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, sweet fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet fruit, fruity hops, pale malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170310] 7-3-7-3-14

Keg at Malmo Tap Room, 13/08/16. Golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is light floral notes, bitter orange, straw melon, tangerine. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, toasted bread, grains, light perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light dank hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Fat på Bishop Arms, Gustav Malmö. Smak och doft av humle, citrus, karamell, citrus, mango, persika, aprikos med toner av passionsfrukt. Fruktig, något torr, frisk och gräsig, fina aromer i bra balans, fin beska. Gott!

Tap@Taproom Malmö, Sweden (13/08/2016 Colin visit Day2) - hazy orange coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, hoppy and malty, some caramel, tangerine, grapefruit, hoppy bitter finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight herbal hoppy. Mild fruity, toasted. Smooth fruity, dry and bitter, slight fruity finish.

Draught @ Bishop’s arms, Västerås. Poured golden color with a thick white head. Citrusy, malty, floral aroma. Quite smooth and musty. Grapefruit, orange, floral notes in flavor. Ok bitterness in the long finish.

Amber, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, strongly lacing, white head.
Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple, some earth, biscuit.
Taste follows this pretty much, but lighter.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, a bit dry, earthy, zesty, a bit piney, fruity, a bit malty.

Very nice. Juicy fruit notes, balanced by earthy notes and a smooth biscuity malt backbone. Would be an even better IPA if it wasn’t that light in the taste, but still really refreshing and crisp.

Flaska från SB. Mellan gyllengul och bärnsten, disig högt smutsvitt bestående skum. Storhumle doft som är relativt fruktig med tropiska frukter som ananas, aprikos, mango, passion, citrus och tallskott, grön humle. Smaken är fruktig men också grön med örter, gräs, tallskott, måttlig beska. Bra stabil kropp som är halvtorr. En riktigt bra modern fruktig västkust-IPA med rena smaker, bra balans och trevlig smakbild.
