Half pint from the cask at Leicester Indie Beer Festival, Thursday 26 June 2025. Pours red with a white head Aromas & tastes of caramel, nuts, toffee, pepper, herbs, bread & malt. Medium body. Dry light bitter finish.

Cask NERAX. I believe new county for me. Clear amber and sudsy beige top. Nose is nutty and fruity. Tastes orange marmalade, chestnuts, toast, plum.

Cask at the Peterborough Beer and Cider Festival 2024 with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma is malty, grainy, fruity, caramel, floral and hints of spice. Medium body and minimal carbonation.

21/8/2024. Cask at the 45th Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear dark amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is malty, toasted, hot cross bun, marmalade, charcoal, hint of marmite. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Interesting, grew on me.

[ As Baker’s Dozen Bull Run ].Clear medium amber colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, toasted, sweet nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151009] 6-3-6-3-12
