"Das Bier kommt mit einer rötlich-braunen Farbe mit 14,7 EBC und einer Bitterkeit von 20,0 EBU. Gebraut wurde es mit Pilsner Malz und Target-Hopfen aus dem Vereinigten Königreich sowie Premiant-Hopfen aus Tschechien. Es handelt sich um ein leicht malziges Lagerbier mit frischen Geschmack, welches mit der gut ausbalancierten Hopfung einen vollmundigen Geschmack liefert. Es ist ein gutes Beispiel der neuen finnischen Craft-Bier-Bewegung und zeigt die jahrhundertealte Tratition von finnischer Braukunst.", soweit die Informationen von der hompage, welche freundlicherweise in verständlichen Englisch verfügbar iat. Draught @ Panimoravintola Bruuveri, Fredrikinkatu 63, Helsinki, Finland 00100. [ As Saimaan Marsalkka Vaalea Luomu Täysmallaslager ].ABV: 4.6%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, sugary, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, vegetable notes, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 330ml bottle @ Sky Ounasvaara, Rovaniemi whilse enjoying a lovely reindeer meal. Hope this is the right beer! Pours clear amber with good white head. Aroma is soft buttery pale malt. Taste is clean, smooth and lightly sweet with minimal bitterness. Lovely lager.

Bottled (from Prisma, Vaasa). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild diacetyl, some bready malts, grains, grass and mild herbal notes. Flavour is sweet malts, bready malts, grains, grass, herbs and some slight diacetylic notes. I’m not sure if the diacetyl is intended in this beer (as very few seem to have reacted on it), but it does suit the beer rather nicely. A bit bulky, but with a good twist (much thanks to the diacetylic notes).

Can 0.5l from local market, Vantaa. Enjoyed straight from the can. Aromas and flavours: Grain and malts. Slightly better than average pale lager.

330ml bottle, 4.6 % abv, kindly shared by Elisabeth. Clear golden coloured body. A bubbly ring to the rim of the glass. Fragile lacing. Mild grainy malts on the nose. Modest taste of pale malts, dried fruits, and with note of cardboard to the finish. Soft carbonated. Just possible to drink (Session xxxix with Stefan and Elisabeth, Tromsø 20.09.2014)

50cl can from Prisma jumbo, Vantaa. Golden color, thick white head. Grainy malty, somewhat herbal aroma. Flavor has grain mostly, hint of metal, slightly harsh. Feels heavy to drink, despite the low abv. Dry, mild bitter.

Can, 4.6%. OK malty aroma. Clear light copper colour. Big stable white head. The flavour starts off yeasty, turns more malty and dusty. The bitterness is medium strength and quite rough.

Can. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of raw malt and yeast, with bitter notes of hops. Bitter aftertaste, with pronounced estery notes. Not bad for the style but just that.

Clear golden color, mostly vanishing white head. Harsh, grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Harsh and grainy, a bit sweet malty flavor. Typical grainy not-so-good "organic flavor". Unfresh feeling.
