Tavour: pours murky yellowish red with some head. Aroma is strawberry, rhubarb, pastry, some spice. Taste is pretty pie-like. Sweet, but not excessively so. Kind of pleasant. I guess I just like rhubarb.

14/1/2023. Can at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours thick murky pale brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of strawberry, rhubarb, vanilla, cinnamon biscuit. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium to full body, slightly gritty texture, low carbonation. Mostly enjoyable.

ABV: (7.6%). Muddy matt medium to light red colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is lactose - milk sugar, strawberry, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, strawberry, cinnamon, lactose - milk sugar - vanilla - custard, rhubarb. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20230114]

Can @Haderslebener Tasting. Hazy, somewhat murky grey-ish orange, offwhite head. Rhubarb and vanilla aroma. Sweet flavour, rhubarb, vanilla, some cinnamon. Ok acidity from the rhubarb, ok drinkable.

Can @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy orange/red. Aroma and taste are rich strawberries, spices, lactose sugar, rhubarb, citrus and has a nice long sour and sweet finish.
