Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer,a few pale cream colour bubbles. Light palate, fairly dry, modest fine carbonation. Thin malts, an okay caramel. Okay ripe fruits. Comes together...well okay. Light dry finish. Serviceable.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours clear copper-gold with a bubbly white head. Light sweet flavour with a lot of leaves, carpet, dried-out grains, orange peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Earthy, leafy finish. So so.
