Cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Golden orange with a white head. Nose is grass, melon, tangerine, bready notes. Taste comprises soft malts, melon, orange peel, bread dough, grains, papaya. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow hop bitterness. Okay cask pale.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small off white head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine carbonation for a cask beer. Light smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. The Delta hops provide smooth pine and smooth modest hop fruits. Trace of esters in the semi dry finish. Decent.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours clear gold with a modest, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of melon, tangerine, soft bitter hay, pine. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Balanced finish, further juicy notes, bit of melon and citrus, sun-kissed pale malts. Nice one.

Cask@Shakespeares Head (JDW), London (02/11/2022) - Light citrus and tropical fruity with notes of grapefruit and lemon, pineapple, melon, light malty backing with soft cask mouthfeel, twiggy bitter hoppy finish.
