Cask at the Guildford Arms. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of grapefruit and pineapple. Taste is juicy fruits. Light bitter finish.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Hazed orange with a well presented off white cap. Nose is juicy citric flesh, melon, grass, soft malts, pine nip. Taste comprises tangerine, melon, light pine tickle, ripe tropical fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Solid cask pale.

Hazy gold with a bubbly white head and a soft lemon-drop aroma. Light bodied with light biscuit malt, subtle citrus bitterness and a little hint of pine before a dry finish

Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation.. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. The Idaho 7 hops do what they do. Smooth light pine. A good blend of citrus and tropical fruits. Light sweet piney finish.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Looks good. Lightly sweet, lean and minerally, some pine needles, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry pale malts in the finish, more subtle minerality, pithy grapefruit. Not bad.

Cask@Masons Arms, Battersea, London (05/11/2022) - lightly hazed gold with a white head. Medium sweet fruity with notes of pink grapefruit and tangerine, soft sweet malty support, nice soft cask carbonation, balanced piney bitter edged hoppy finish.
