Hazy amber beer, thin white head. Sharp orange aroma with a little earthy funk. Flavour has intense, tart orange up front, a sweeter, marmaladey taste to balance that a little, woodiness, a hint of sweet spirits which gives this some warmth too. The orange lingers into the finish along with the warmth and a lot of the barrels. Interesting, nicely balanced and a few ways in which it has contrasting flavours between fresh fruit and boozy warmth, tartness vs, sweet spirits, etc.. Beautifully done.

Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to Fergus. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a bubbly, off-white head. Light sweet flavour with strong woody character, some citric tartness, some boozy bite in the background. Medium bodied with fine carbonation ruin. Softly warming finish, citric, lightly floral, more rounded woody character. Nice depth. Tasty.

Bottleshare at Craft Beer Junction. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy gold amber beer, good bubbly cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, a light sweetness. The generic fruity tartness is massively enhanced by the multiple barrelling. Bourbon obvious, Triple Sec second. Oaky vanilla goes well with the tart fruits. Nice sour, my kinda sour.
