Cask at GBBF'23, day two, 02/08/23. Pink grapefruit looky with a crimson cap that thins to the edge. Nose is tangy fruit esters, red berry pips, hedgerow, grains, damp hay. Taste comprises soured red berries, grass, grains, light citric sherbets, herb, lactic twang. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering climax. Decent for a cask sour.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear red with a small pink - white head. The aroma is zingy, tangy, musty, sour raspberry, cranberry, natural yoghurt and granny smith apple. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, sharp, puckering, sour raspberry, red berry yoghurt, cranberry, light acidity, touch of sherbet, granny smith apple and a splash of lemon with a dry finish. Average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Not much depth, but it drinks nicely. Not bad.
