Brewed on our 'away day' with the much-adored Newbarns. Ottonese has a satisfying bready aroma, hints of dried fruit on the palate and a gentle bitterness to round out a moderate caramel sweetness. A very unusual style of beer for the UK market and one we hope you enjoy!

Panda at home, thanks to Kenny, 24/03/24. Golden amber with a white cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is biscuit, grains, caramel, hedgerow, brown bread. Taste comprises caramel, stewed fruits, dark malts, grains, herb, dates, figs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay easy sipper but lacking depth.

Can. Mildly hazy deep gold beer with a few floaters in suspension. Small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, very smooth and with just a whisper of viscosity. Still has a decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Fairly sweet and smooth malts, creamy sweetness and a touch of caramel. Modest ripe fruits on the back end. Light smooth pine. Smooth finish. Fine. Quite a simplistic beer but I guess that is the style. Drinkable but forgettable.

Can. Thornbridge beer club. Hazed deep copper colour. Barely a head. Not a looker, particularly. Found this heavy work tbh. Slightly syrupy grain. Floral hop. Slick mouthfeel with low carbonation. Sweetness dominates throughout.

Rocky off white head on still amber coloured body. Malt, honey, caramel & syrup aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & sticky with low carbonation. Malt, caramel, syrup, butterscotch & syrup tastes. Heavy going but tasty.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden amber with a thin white head. Aromas of toffee and dried herbs. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish.

Can from Great Grog. Clear amber body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach, nutty malt and stewed tea. Flavour of wood and cherry. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A nice beery beer. Beautiful can design as always.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - amber with a creamy off-white head. Nose - toffee, brown bread and cake. Taste - caramel, toffee, orange and still a bit cakey. Palate - medium bodied, creamy and chewy middle. Sweet but with some malty dryness on finish. Overall - pretty good.
