Tap. Sentinel, Sheffield. Just about black. Foamy, frothy, pale beige head. Nose has liquorice root. Bonfire toffee. Hint of smoke. Some dark fruit. Taste is ashy dry. Some smoky sweetness. Medium to full body. Some burnt bitterness to finish. An acquired taste, I’d say.
