Draught. Pretty much black colour with a beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, roasted malts, some berries and mild smoked tones. Flavour is roasted malts, some tart wood, mild spices, ashes and some slight grassy and floral bitterness. A bit too evident grassy bitterness, otherwise nice!

Tap @MBCC 2022, Yellow Session. Nearly black, beige head. Solid roasted aroma, soem light smoky notes. dry, roasted flavour, some mild smoke and caramel.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, fresh yeast, some coffee aromatics. Taste is coffee ground, chocolate, nicely fresh, pretty chewy. Chewy mouthfeel, low carbonation. Good!

Dag 2 i Lokomotivværkstedet (maj-19) og et hjertelig gensyn hos brygger Jens Lynge Larsen. Fra fad: brunsort med godt skum der varer helt til bunds. En herlig, cremet stout med mørkbrænte malter, franskbrænt espresso og 80% chokolader, hint af cigarbox, ejner og overmodne bjørebær. Tør, og med en tydelig og charmerende personlighed.

Tap, half pint. Tasted on the 10/05/2018 at "Skaal", Copenhagen. Opaque dark brown colour with a low tan head. Aroma of liquorice, roasted malts, burnt caramel and some coffee. Taste is medium roasty, liquorice and caramel. Finish is slightly hoppy. Medium dry and bitter with a soft carbonation. Next one please!

Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, and a bit of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and hints of hops, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Draught @ [ DØE - Ølfestival København 2017 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As SPYBREW Black Water ].Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, chlorine - licorice. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, chlorine - licorice, roasted, dark malt, charcoal, ash. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170518] 7-3-7-3-13
