Hazed pale yellow in the glass. Lively bubble activity going on. Fine frothy white head. The head hold on really good. Decent pleasant pilsner aroma Better carbonation level than feared. Draught at KØ18. Good floral aroma hop. Almost clear golden colour. Smell stable white head. The flavour is dusty and floral with a quite high bitterness.

[ As Sibbarps Pilsner ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, citrus, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt, medium dry, bread notes. Bottle 33 cl. Pours pale yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Grassy nose from central-European hops. Medium body, clean, grainy malts and again flowery hops leaving a distinct bitterness. Surprisingly clean and well done considering the brewery. 230217
