On tap (cask) at the Castle Tavern, Inverness, Monday 26th September 2022, in the company of Nick and Anna. Pours clear pale gold, looks great, with a slim white head. More like a hoppy blond than a Pilsner but regardless it is very nice, fruity, dry, but certainly more pale/golden.

Cask, pint at marine hotel, Stonehaven. It pours clear golden with a medium frothy white head. The aroma is sweetish, mostly malt and not a lot of hops....bready malt, biscuit and sponge cake. The taste is dry, firmly dry, touch of muted bitterness, grassy, slightly floral, minty accents, spicy, toothy, herbal, minty vibe again, grain, bread and snappy biscuit with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Ok, but forgettlable.
