This is a dry-hopped gose, full of big flavours from Citra and Centennial hops. The acidity from the lactobacillus fermentation and tart cranberries is balanced by the sea salt salinity, hop aromas and wild fermentation flavours, leaving you craving another sip. The delicate oak character makes this intriguingly complex and layered and the coriander, lime zest and hops give herbal and citrus notes that make this a rather unique beer.

Bottle via the online shop. Hazed pale copper. Very nice off white foam is sturdy and dense. Nose has decent fruit (tbh I’d have said raspberry though, not cranberry). Brine. Light farmyard funk. Like proper yoghurt. Taste is dry and tart, with a soft fruity sweetness. Clean and refreshing with a light acidity. Foamy carbonation. Fruity and tart finish. Nice one.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours hazy red- tinged gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lactic funk, oak, wine. Taste is sour, some cranberry. More wine and wood. Nite really getting the hop addition. Nice sour though.

330ml bottle, online from Rad Beer in Shropshire - as it's cheaper there than buying direct from the brewery including crowdfund shareholder discount. Pours hazed golden orange with a tight white head. Aroma: tart/sour berries & fruit, light floral, wood. Taste: moderate sour, tangy fruit up front, tart berries, sharp citrus, big pinch of salt. Big flavours! Medium body with tight carbonation.

Hazy amber beer with a very light hint of pink to it and a bubbly white head. Sharp aroma of bittersweet fruit, a little floral. An initial sharp, tart berry flavour, some citrus, grapefruit, a little salty, some pepper. Very crisp and fresh and the sourness lasts a decent amount into the finish. Packs a hell of a lot of flavour for the strength.

Rocky white head left a smooth cover on an unclear deep amber body. Huge aroma of herbal, cranberry & woody. Medium bodied, smooth with very sharp dry back. Bitter, cranberry, oak, herbaceous & white wine tastes with a sour & saline finish. Excellent - Palate cleanser
