[ As Pheasantry Orange Pheasant ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, orange, zesy, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, orange, caramel, pale malt, dried fruit, light zesty. Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Copper-gold with a small creamy head. Fairly strong tasting with a gritty, slightly dirty fruity nose. It’s similar in its taste.
