Medium creamy off white head. Clear amber pour. Light citrus bitterness

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Pheasantry Orange Pheasant ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, orange, zesy, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, orange, caramel, pale malt, dried fruit, light zesty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151009] 6-3-7-3-12

Tried at the Nottingham beer festival. Golden colour with a white head. Big aroma of orange and grapefruit. Bitter taste.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Copper-gold with a small creamy head. Fairly strong tasting with a gritty, slightly dirty fruity nose. It’s similar in its taste.
