Sample @ [ DØE - Ølfestival København 2017 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Herslev Økologisk Lager ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, grain, light grass, vegetable notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170518] 5-3-5-3-10

Draught at KØ17. Mild fruity aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is fruity and refreshing. Medium bitterness. Good chalky finish.

Draught at Tap 10. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with grasses, bread and citrus. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits and bread. Nice Lager.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - pours fuzzy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste is grassy and grainy, lemon, straw, hay, crisp and light on the palate, medium body, medium bitter into the finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, toasted. Slight malty. Sweet, grassy and toasted malty. Bitter, toasted and breadish malty. Dry and toasted finish.
