[ As Truman’s / Blue Monkey Jungle Bells ].Clear medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, biscuit malt, light earthy - light honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, earthy malt, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, biscuit malt. Cask at Pigs Ear 2015 - London. Pours clear orange-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has lightly toasted bread, butter, orange. Light to medium sweet flavour with some butterscotch, light hay, toffee, bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Bready finish with more notes of diacetyl, toffee, slight leafy hops. OK overall.
