Hand-pulled cask, half pint, shared with Finn. Scattered lacing from a filmy layer, clear amber body. Malt-hoppy aromas, herbal hops and mid-sweet malts. Well blended taste of mid-sweet caramel malts and leafy hops. Bitter endnotes. Clean on the swallow. Nice bitter version.

(First session, 44th Liverpool Beer Festival, Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt, 13.02.2025).

Chelmsfaaarhd winter beer festival. Cask in KEGS. Bright clear gold beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Light palate, fairly dry and with modest fine carbonation. Some honey in the juicy malts. Ripe orange. Marmalade. Light dry finish. Overall it feels like an overripe beer.

Dull golden. Almost a fresh grain aroma with quite a bit of woody hop. Slightly spicy with more toasty notes and fairly bready/biscuity malts.
