Bottle at Sylvan Post, Forest Hill. It pours golden amber with small white head. The nose is fruit salad sweets, mango, tangerine, pineapple, sherbet, bread, light spice and pine. The taste is crisp, toasty, rye bread, spice, creamy orange, tangerine, sherbet and minerals with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice tropical fruit character. Balanced and very drinkable stuff.

Nose is juicy hops, bitter orange, citrus zest, toasted malts, lemon sherbet, light grapefruit, great nose for 4%. Taste comprises bitter grapefruit, orange pith, mineral notes, grain, light rye tang, hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, subtle hop bitterness in the finale. A very flavoursome low ABV Hopical numero!

Hazy gold beer with a good white head. Lightly crisp palate. Minerals. Bready malt with a trace of raw grain. A little lager character here. Orange peel hops with a touch of grass. Crisp finish. Not bad but was hoping for better from these two brewers.

Pours hazy gold with a fading head.Nose shows pale malt, faint spicy hints, soft cereal notes and herbal spicy hops.Grainy, bready malt as flavours but in a good way, along with a strong spicy hop presence. Very refreshing and easy-drinking.Carbonation could be a little higher.

Cask-conditioned at the Barley Mow, Bristol 4/7/2013. Slightly hazy gold in colour with a decent, off-white head. Tropical fruits, some grainy malts and a hint of green herbs, before a dryish finish. Fine.

Tap at Duke’s Brew & Que - London. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a fine, white cream head. Gorgeous aroma, lots of grapefruit, tangerine, minerals, straw. Light to medium sweet flavor with dried grapefruit, bitter citrus rind, some stone fruits, flinty minerals, pine needles, faint dirty key. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quite a bit of rindy bitterness to finish, with further grapefruit, dry grass, tangerine. Lovely stuff. Super quaffable.
