Unclear yellow golden with a foamy head. Herbal notes, woodruff, smoked ham, lemon zest, sourdough, lemonade. Mild dryness bitterness sourness, herbal zesty bitterness, umami. Light bodied, oily watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry smoky herbal bitter finish. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, smoky, leathery and grassy. Pours clear pale golden color with thick soapy white head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Bottle from Swiat Piwa, Krakow and slurped on the train from Krakow to Wroclaw. Pours light hazed yellow gold with white foam. Aroma: mild grapefruit, wheat. Taste: quite clean, light tartness, mild citrus, wheaty, yeasty hints. No real smoky vibes discernible. Light to medium body with foamy carbonation.

Pale colour, hazy, rocky head that does not stay long, poor lacing. Aroma is white grapefruit, wheat, soap. I'm not able to notice any smoke. Light bitterness. Lively carbonation, light body, does not feel watery. Not bad, but nothing like real Grodziskie. Quite boring.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Citrusy fruity hoppy, mildly spicy, wheaty malty and minimally smoky aroma, notes of lemon, lemongrass, a touch of pepper and coriander. Taste is citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally smoky, wheaty malty, minimally grassy spicy background, notes of lemon, lemongrass, a weak touch of smoked birch. Slightly oily, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Light, refreshing, well hopped, still enough Grodziskie character - very good.

Data 11.09.25 W aromacie lekka wedzonka, cytrusy, owoce tropikalne. Rzeske, orzezwiajace. W smaku nawet więcej wedzonki, cytrusiki, kwiaty. Czuc ze to grodzisz, nie straciło charakteru. Goryczka niska, ziolowa. Ultra pijalne. Super na lato.

Barwa słomkowa, zamglone, piana biała, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie wędzonka, nuty ziołowo-trawiaste. W smaku dość wytrawne, lekkie nuty trawiaste w połączeniu z wędzonką jak od szynki. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, nieco jego brakuje, ciało lekkie, dobra pijalność. Udane połączenie, aczkolwiek mogłoby być nieco bardziej nasycone.
