Bottle @ Sdr. Borup, Birthday party. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, light yeast, grass, herbal hops, Sorachi Ace, dill. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, grass, herbs, dill. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 120717

DØE. Hazy golden ith a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty, odd herbal and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 180517

Fra fat på DØE ølfestival i Lokomotivværkstedet, mai-17: uklar kobbergylden med flott skum som varer. Overmoden grapefrukt, gress, harpiks dill og et snev av kattepiss. Høres ikke særlig godt ut, men den smakte faktisk bra, og kan sikkert passe utmerket til en fiskegryte.

Draught at KØ17. Oak aroma, sourish vanilla but nice enough. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric with a distinct vanilla note. A little earthy. Spicy finish.

[ As Syndikatet Havfruen ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, wood, resin, harsh. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, wood, harsh, sweet malt, resin, almost like a bit acidic - acrid. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight greasy hoppy. Bitter, herbal and slight fruity. Dry and bitter. Smooth fruity. Crisp hoppy and light herbal.
