Draught keg at Fagins Craft Beer Hpuse and Art Cafe. Light, light gold, almost straw. Clear with a small ring of white head and generous lacing. Aroma of lemon balm, white grapefruit and light pineapple. Sweet taste, a big hit of citrus. Short finish. Carbonation on the heavy side. Likeable.

Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy off-white to white head, dissipating slowly, good lacing. Aroma pale malts, lemon, grapefruit, biscuit. Mild taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, spicy notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, orange pith, light chalky notes. Medium body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation; fresh and friendly pale ale, nice.

On keg at Beelzebubs, half pint shared with Finn. Filmy layer, misty golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of ripe citrus. Juicy malts and lemony hops to the taste profile. Mid-dry rounded bitter finish. Pretty alright. (Cardiff 03.102018).
