Tap. Brown color with beige head. Aroma is earthy, roasted malts. Taste is cherries, roasted malts, chalky. Mineralic finish. I am not a fan of dark sours.

Sampled at Borefts Bier Festival 2017. Dark brown pour with a tan head. Macerated apples, vinegar, a bit of sweetness but feeling a bit watered down.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A dark orange brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of soft tart reddish fruits, dark mild roasted malt, some vinegar. Taste of tart Red fruits, wood, vinegar, strong body.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black. Small tan head. Aroma is overripe fruity, wineous. Dry, citric. Smooth fruity, slight wineous. Mellow and lingering fruity. Smooth and dense fruity far finish.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty funky, weird, oxidized, bit fruity, some caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish, acidic, lots of tannins, red wine vinegar. Aftertaste: tannins, bitter, metallic, fruity, soft roast, fruity finish.
