Bottle. Blend of Kerasus, Oak Mano Negra and Cuvee de Mortagne according to the label. No Berliner Reyesse mentioned on the label. Gusher. Color: Hazy, dark reddish brown, dense light brown head with very nice lacing. Aroma: Sourish, dark cherries. Taste: Medium tart, lactic acid, alternating with moderate to medium sweetness. Nice balance between sour and sweet. Dark sweet and sour (over)ripe cherries. Balsamico vinegar. Slightly boozy. Subtle caramel, oak and wild yeast notes. Plum hints. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Great dark fruity sour. Another great typical Alvinne beer.
