Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Copse House Landshire Medium Dry ].ABV: 8.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, apple peel, sweet apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, fruity, apple, dry, tart apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20151203] 7-2-7-3-15

Box @ Stable, Cardiff. Pours clear copper, aroma is nice fresh apple juice. Taste is a nice medium dry with golden apple fruit and soft tannins. Good tight mouthfeel and a pleasant fruitiness. Nice.

500ml bottle from Dike & Son. Deep orange golden colour, no head and aroma of tart apple, rubber, barnyard, woody oak. Tasts is sweetish mellow fruity apple, with apple skins, barnyard, leather, rubber, oak and drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, funky tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
