Can at home, from Grumpy Goat, 15th June 18. Pours a hazy, murky orange colour with a white head that dissipates. Aroma is musky, malty, citrus, pine. Taste is spiky pine, citrus, grapefruit, bitter linger, a good malt balance. It's dry not overly sweet. Pretty good DIPA.

Can picked up from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham. consumed at Fire in the Mountain Festival, nr Aberystwyth, Wales, Friday 1st June 2018 Difficult to be exacting on colour owing to green plastic glass that is festooned with a Northern Rock Patrons Project label, but looking down into the it, it looks murky yellow with a slim white head. A pretty good bitterness for the style, juicy with a little rough edge which I really like, it's fruity and smooth but also a little edgy and more interesting for the style. Very good. Can from Cotteridge Wines; cloudy light orange pour with a bubbly off white head, aroma has light malts and citrus, taste has weird citrus, some peach, petrol, not what I was expecting from a citra hopped beer. Another brewer with impressive branding but zero substance

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. The nose has some lemon, pithy citrus, rind, light sweet flavour with some flinty dryness, ass, lemon peel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, warming, pithy and grassy, more minerals. So so overall.

Can from Cork & Cask. Murky golden body with a medium white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, pine resin and mango. Flavour of honey, pine and dried orange with a bitter, lingering finish. Medium body with a creamy, almost chewy texture. Soft fizz. Quite heavy but not in a bad way.
