Keg at the London Brewers market. A milky golden yellow coloured pour with a a fine. Aroma is tangy, spicy white peach and pear. Apricot. Milky wheat, tangy apricot, lemon. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, highish carbonation, tangy, peach and apricot.... Palate is tangy. Crisp and tart a higish, carbonation. Lovely.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours hazy pale peach, nose is apricot yoghurt, sherbert, floral, taste is tart, funky, juicy apricot.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Light sour nose. Not much fruit. Taste has some of the apricot. Light salty tang. Thin finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clissold Wines, Stokey. ours clear gold with a fizzy white head that fades out quickly. Nice tart apricot in the nose, some lemon, peach. Light sweet flavour with assertive acidity, more tart apricot, citrus, lemon candies. Light bodied with delicate, spritzy carbonation. Clean and quenching in the finish, with further brazing acidity, tart candies, tart apricot and lemon, maybe a hint of melon. Fun stuff.

On tap at Moncada tasting room Dollis Hill. Clear gold amber colour no head Apricot aroma. Not overly sour. Low lactic presence which is good for me. Juicy in the mouth. Light sour bitter finish. Mostly fruit. Light biscuit. Nice enough.
