1st December 2015
Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is light, dry and has modest fine carbonation. Mildly sweet pale malts, touch of honey. Mellow citric peel and ripe orange. Light semi dry finish. Orange peel bitter linger. Decent.

Cask Gravity at Pig’s Ear 2015. It pours clear golden - amber with a small beige covering. The nose is toasty, pretty grainy, cereal, bread and a hint of citrus. The taste is toasty, grainy, cereal, lemony action, waxy citrus peel and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. i thought this was a pretty basic golden. Does little for me.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours totally clear gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds citrusy hops, pale bread, hay, lightly toasted grains. Light sweet flavor with more pale bread, lemon, light orange, grain, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation; pretty OK condition. Nicely balanced on the finish, with notes of tangerine, citrus rind bitterness, grainy pale bread. Good session beverage.
