Meet Maverick Monk, where tradition gets a twist. This tripel masterfully balances sweet and bitter, with hints of ripe peach, spice, and a smooth, silky mouthfeel. The long, dry finish leaves a burst of citrus and a warm, satisfying glow. With aromas of apples, pears, banana, and vanilla, Maverick Monk dazzles with its golden hue and a rich, creamy head.

Tap @ Tapperij Het Weeshuis. Slightly unclear golden body under a white head. Sweet and fruity, a bit atypical tripel but sure nice. Very refreshing with distinct fruity hops and a rich yeasty profile.

33 cl. can @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg.
Clear golden with a white head. Sweet malty aroma. Sweet taste with a low bitter finish. A bit too sweet but decent.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, smooth, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Mellow sweetish malts. A nice floralness, a light fruity floralness. Not a particularly complex tripel but bright and drinkable.

Draft at Kompaan, Binnenhof. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, toffee caramel, citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, rich, fresh, earthy, herbal, light citrus, light boozy hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Better than your average tripel!
