25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear, very pale gold with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, yeast, citrus, veg, grass and flowers. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily and watery texture, average to soft carbonation.

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light hoppy - grass and straw. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 280717

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, flowers, little bread and hops.

Draft. Clear gold beer. Light soft palate. A little sulphur on the nose and in the taste. Light citrus but the sulphur gets in the way.

Cask at the Smithfield, Derby. Straw with a dense white head; summery aroma of hay and ripening cereals; thin body with grassy flavours and some honey; delicate peppery hop finish.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 08. Clear pale gold, thin off white head. Quite sharp lemon, ascetic hop aroma. A pretty light beer. I think brewed with an ale yeast rather than a lager, some Saaz on aroma. Light drinking, no poor flavours
