Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of roasted malts, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, some coconut, but rather faint. MF: soft carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: lots of chocolate, bit sweet, lots of bitter roast, bit sweet, quite some alcohol, caramel notes, very nice! Aftertaste: good roast, cocoa powder, some ginger bread, caramel, sweet touch, alcohol, malty, little bitter, nice one, not enough coconut though!

Bouteille 330ml. Carbonatation faible, corps dense.

30 November 2018. Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to Anke, tderoeck & 77ships! Hazy black with a lasting, thin, dark beige head; little lacing. Aroma of milk chocolate, salted peanut, walnut, chocolate powder, mocha, cream, vanilla, blackcurrant, toast. Taste is medium to heavy malty sweet, lots of cream, vanilla & chocolate powder; balanced by a light roasted bitterness with fondant, mocha & a nutty edge. Dryish, herbal & peppery hoppy finish, lingering coffee roast, vanilla, chocolate, warming cream liqueur alcohol. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Bit 'basic' but good!
