Clear nutty color with a fine off white head. Solid lacing. Nice aroma with a fine intensity. A bit light body and a fine carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Bready, herbal, malty and fruity flavor. Ok English Norwegian collaboration at the pub.

Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Adnams / Aegir Longboat ].Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, candy, sweet nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet nuts, pale mal, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161129] 5-2-6-3-12

Håndpumpet half pint på The Mudlark (Borough High Street, London): klar kobber med helt eksemplarisk skum ned til dråpe. Malt, urter, snev av mandler. Slank og lettdrikkelig med en myk og floral bitterhet med jordtoner (engelske humler?). Smakte riktig så godt etter å ha gått opp og deretter ned de 313 trinnene i Monument.

Cask @ Bank, Manchester. Copper-red with a thin bubbly head. Lightly sweetened bitter with some red berryness.

Half pint, cask at Plough in Chelmsford. Clear copper coloured body. Filmy layer, lacing rings down the glass. Attractive aroma of dark malts, mid-dry. Blended taste of caramel, nuts, and almond supported by a backdrop of grassy hops. Rounded and clean mouth feel. Nice (17.02.2017).

Cask @ Hospital Arms, Colchester. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt and hops. Sweet finish.
