Bottle from Oddbins. Appearance - golden with some neat lacing. Nose - orange and light honey. A bit like those orange barley sweets. Taste - dry orange and medicinal. A touch of dry cellar and malt bag. Palate - close to medium bodied. Could be cleaner on the finish. Overall - ok.

Bottle at home, from a local Co-Op, 14/03/16. Very lightly hazed golden with a fast escaping off white head of bubbles that soon vanish in totality - a rather lifeless product remains. Nose is lemon rind, grain, light onion notes, bread dough. Taste comprises tangerine, toasted bread, straw, orange pith, melon. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. A pretty low end IPA ... lacks hop presence and direction.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at an Oddbins. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a soft, creamy white head. Rindy citrus in the nose, some dried pale malts, lemon peel. Light sweet flavor with assertive grassy bitterness, biscuits, crackery pale malts, bitter citrus rind, pine needles, light pithy grapefruit. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes fairly dry, with more bitter grass and rind, some dirty hay, grain husk, crackers. Not bad.
