Cask @ GBBF 2017. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus aroma. Fruity malty lemon flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty lemon finish.

Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Stockport Bitter Lemon ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus - lemon, tea. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - lemon fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151202] 6-3-7-3-13

1st December 2015
Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small off white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, mild carbonation. Clean pale malts. Mild floralness. Light lemon led citrus. Light semi dry finish, Not bad.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white head. Odd nose, some light spices, grain, hay. Light sweet flavor with rindy citrus, pale grains and cereal. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light lemony tang in the finish, with yet more pale grain character. So so.

Cask at the Tap House, Lancaster, 01/03/15. Clear light golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is thin, pale malt, straw, light citric peel. Taste comprises lemon notes, more pale malt, citric rind, grassy notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Bland Golden Blonde - yawn!

Half pint, hand-pulled cask at Crown Inn, Stockport. A close to clear yellow-gold body. Dotted spots to the glassware. Moderate aroma of lemony hops. Taste of grassy hops with lemon to it. Bittersweet tail. Accepted (03.02.2015).

Cask @ New Oxford, Salford. Bright amber colour with a thin bubbly head. Lots of citric hops with a well balanced lemon flavour.
