Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Clear amber beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Fair bit of hot chilli. Would be nice in oriental food but not in me damn beer! Light semi dry finish. Too hot.

Cask at Pigs Ear. It pours clear rich amber with a medium beige head. The aroma is wood, leather, chilli pepper, toasted grain and soft apricot sweetness. The taste is dry, sweet - spicy, warming alcohol, orange peel, wood, heating my shit up, peppery and mild acidity with a warming finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A bit light for the spice to handle not bad.
