At the source: simple golden apa. Light citrus and malts. Nothing crazy. Good session.

32oz grunt from the brewery. Pours a clear light orange with some lacing, white head. Nose is malt, orange, some cheap perfume, a little cardboard, some honey, grass, perhaps a little cracker. Flavor is fairly similar, some fake corny sweetness, lemon, orange, honey, mild white bread. Watery finish. Could use a little more of something.

Approximately 2 ounce sample at the Brewery tasting room in Bay Shore, New York. The pour is mostly clear golden orange, with a smallish off white head. The aroma is grassy, along with some floral hops and citrus fruit. There is a nice fresh toasted malt present as well. The taste is a nice balance between the hops (grass, floral, citrus) along with the toast malt structure. The palate is medium to light bodied, nice dry finish. My kind of Pale Ale, dry and not overly sweet. Nice.
